Job Description
My client is actively seeking a 1st/2nd Line Helpdesk Support person to join their small IT department. You must have exposure of MS Windows 2000,XP and 2003 server, dealing with User queries, for example pass word re-sets and general IT queries. You will be responsible for logging these calls on a bespoke Call logging system. You will be supporting up to 1800 users and be required to assist in all 1st Line user problems from a busy help desk and resolve or pass on any 2nd line problems. Experience of working in a college/school environment would be a major advantage.
