Our client is one of the world's largest providers of IT and Communication services and they are currently building on its IT Solutions and Service Delivery heritage by creating a world-class business consulting capability. They are seeking to meet substantial demand by growing this critical area of the business in the UK over the next two years.

My client is seeking dynamic individuals with expertise in the areas of shaping and delivering IT enabled business change together with HR and Supply Chain consulting. You will be joining a successful and rapidly growing team covering various sectors and industries.

They arelooking for Business Consultants to be engaged in transformation strategy, design and delivery across all sectors. A minimum of two years experience in a business consulting role, preferably in a blue-chip consulting organisation, is essential.

For the Healthcare positions, we are seeking Business Change consultancy expertise in the NHS for assignment across the South of the UK. These Consultants, with both Healthcare and Change Management experience, will support deployment teams, facilitating organisational change within the NHS. These roles will include process redesign, benefits realisation and cultural change.

For the Central Government positions, we are seeking business consultants particularly with security clearance and change management experience, who have provided a business consultancy front-end to technology implementations, or have experience of EDRM/FOI from a business standpoint, or have experience of Shared Services.
