Our Client, a leading Global Systems Integrator, requires a Customer Service Manager/Service Delivery Manager with expertise in Software licensing to join their team based in Leeds. You will be involved in delivering software licensing within a service environment of a large client. You will manage all aspects of software licensing, to establish process and policy and to liaise with all parties to ensure compliance. This is an exciting new opportunity, and in order to apply you must have at least 5 years commercial experience in the following areas: 1) In depth experience in software licensing 2) Understanding of ITIL best practice 3) Accreditation in FAST (Federation Against Software Theft) 4) Strong Service Delivery/Customer service skills, ideally from a blue chip consultancy background.
