Our client, a leading Global Systems Integrator seeks a Data Manager/ Service Delivery Manager to join their team based in Leeds. You will be involved in data management policy and process for a live service environment on one of the largest projects in the UK. You will be responsible for defining data policy, managing full data processes and procedures and co-ordinating multiple parties, in addition to managing the service for this large client. In order to apply for this position you must have the following experience: 1) Have had at least 5 years commercial experience as a Service Manager/Customer Service Manager, ideally having worked for a blue chip consultancy. 2) Experience of managing data in test and live environments. 3) Knowledge of data tools. 4) Experience of leading teams.
