Job Description
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will possess a thorough understanding of direct marketing and good experience of the principles of relational databases and reporting software. You will plan and execute below-the-line activity aiming to promote our clients product and maximise opportunities for the customer database. Together with the Marketing Manager and the Marketing Services Manager, you will implement a direct marketing strategy, in line with the overall Marketing and Corporate Strategy, co-operate with external advertising agencies to ensure consistent branding across all media whilst working closely with the Customer Database Co-ordinator to maintain the highest level of data integrity and produce high level management statistics from mailing and customer database activity to aid in decision making.
As the Direct Marketing Co-ordinator, you will need to demonstrate excellent time management, strong inter-departmental communication skills, be flexible and innovative, have a good working knowledge of the travel industry. Experience of the cruise industry would be preferred but not essential.
