Job Description
To project manage direct marketing campaigns to ensure that campaigns are delivered to brief, on time and within budget. To include schedule management, managing the creative development process, obtaining relevant approvals, ensuring brand compliance, managing project budgets, obtaining cost effective print and production services and briefing internal departments/response handlers.
To work with the Direct Marketing Officer to evaluate campaigns, draw conclusions and make recommendations for future activity
To work with the Direct Marketing Officer to monitor budgets on a monthly basis and forecast income and expenditure
To ensure efficient team administration through effective recording systems, for example; logging responses from supporters, ensuring the efficient processing and recording of invoices and maintaining comprehensive filing systems.
To handle incoming postal and telephone enquiries into the team, these calls can range from calls from agencies and suppliers seeking information to general public enquiries. To act on these enquiries as appropriate or hand on to more senior staff if required, taking full responsibility for management of response to routine complaints and queries
To undertake research about the charity's work with children for specific projects and to collate and summarise this information so it can be put to use efficiently
To take responsibility for inputting campaign response data into results spreadsheets, monitoring and circulating results to the DM Team on a regular basis
