Job Description

This building services contractor was formed over ten years ago and can now offer a wide range of services including design, consultancy, installation and maintenance needs throughout the building services division.

As a company they are rapidly expanding and work on projects in the commercial, industrial, education and leisure sectors.

This building services contractor is looking for a permanent Electrical Estimator to be part of the commercial team in its busy head office at Crewe.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator with experience of working in an M & E environment. You will be responsible for tendering projects in all different sectors including healthcare, education, leisure and commercial with values of up to £7million for the M & E works.

You should have experience of being part of a team which has been responsible for tendering for valuable projects worth £5-7 million.

You will have knowledge of several different estimating packages and be fully conversant with everyday applications such as Word and Excel.

Qualifications/Skills Required

Ideally this M & E Contractor is looking for a degree qualified candidate who has served an apprenticeship at an Electrical contractor before going on to further your career as an Electrical Estimator.

Ideally you will have experience of working on and tendering large scale projects in a building services environment.

You should be used to working in a fast paced environment and be commercially aware. Ideally you will currently be working for a building services contractor where you perform the role of Estimator.
