Definition of the research scope to secure funding
Personal research study of test case structures and their re-use (linked to MSc)
Creation of and responsibility for a new software testing facility at the university
Liaison with funding bodies
Liaison with new research partners
Interview and recruit staff
Budget management

Principle Electronics Engineer
Technical management of 5 R & D engineers
Liaison engineering — automatic transmission controller
Development of Powertrain electronic system specifications
CAN, Volcano, CCP, ASAP system development
KW2000/KW2000CAN and CARB development and validation
EOBD and OBDII System development and validation
EMC — component and vehicle testing
Use of software DTS and CANalyzer (and CAPL)
R&D tool development — for SW validation and calibration
D-Space development for HIL software validation
Development of Python scripting fro D-Space testing automation
Development of simple plant models using MatLab and Simulink for the D-Space system
Development and use of ETAS INCA and Gredi (D-Space and Ipetronil)
Development of an Ipetronik system with ARGUS software
Development of CANalyzer CAPL programs
