Email Marketing & CRM Manager

Moneybookers is looking for an experienced database marketing specialist to join their team based in London. This role requires an experienced and creative marketing manager who can develop hard-hitting and effective direct marketing campaigns. You report to the Head of Marketing and will be working among the following areas:

• Responsibility for all database marketing activities
• Development and execution of email-based activation and reactivation campaigns
• Quantitative evaluation of marketing databases used for customer segmentation, data mining, new business and reporting in collaboration with SQL specialists
• Set up of a new newsletter tool tailored to Moneybookers’ needs
• Newsletter copywriting and briefing of designers
• Weekly reporting to Head of Marketing on clicks, conversions, and trends

Qualifications/Skills Required

Qualification:
• Minimum of 2-3 years professional experience in online direct marketing
• Strong experience of designing email campaigns
• University degree
• Strong analytical skills, IT knowledge is a plus, ability to work with SQL specialists
• Proactive, self-starter, ability to work on own initiative and in team environment
• Experience in using MS Office
• Very strong command of the English language and at least one second language
• Willingness and eligibility to work in London
