Two years office/secretarial experience
Establishing and operating efficient office systems
Competences and special aptitudes
A high level of IT skills, including use of e-mail and ability to adapt to the changing IT requirements
60 wpm typing
Audio typing
80 wpm shorthand/speedwriting
Minute taking skills
Knowledge relevant to job
Ability and willingness to take an active part in the drive for continual service improvement
Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise own workload and work to deadlines with minimal supervision
Experience in collating information. Experience of dealing with internal and external agencies to gather information., I
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Good interpersonal skills and telephone skills
Good oral, written and presentation skills
To work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the improvement and quality of service delivery
