Job Description
Our client, a major international player in the world of financial services, has a requirement for a number of Senior Executive Development Consultants. Based in Edinburgh, these roles involve establishing a consulting relationship with the top 150 executives within the organisation in order to support and challenge them in creating bespoke development plans for both themselves and their teams.
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 7 years' experience of working in a senior development role, 3 years of which should be within a Leadership / Organisational Development role; experience in the use of psychometric assessment tools; alongside exceptional financial and learning and development industry experience. Strong personal credibility is essential.
