Job Description

MSB Supply Chain Management is looking for an experienced facilities manager for an esteemed client. The essential purpose for the jobholder is to provide facility services as a comprehensive multi-site ‘managing agency' function.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES


1. To assist in the Planning, Management, Monitoring & Review of the contracted and directly engaged facility services in order to ensure appropriate, co-ordinated service delivery that meets the requirements of the business in a timely and cost effective manner.



2. To Manage and Control the various elements assigned to the jobholder by the Manager UK Facilities in an efficient and cost effective manner. To Control and Maintain facility management activities ensuring that contracts are reviewed, monitored, tendered, etc. in order to maintain an effective operation and services that meets the requirements of the business units. To ensure that service providers within the remit are providing services only as required, and are doing so in an irreproachable fashion.


3. To authorise and monitor expenditure to agreed authority levels for the delivery of products and services within those cost centres under the operations manager's control.
