Our client a Corporate Trust Group who are leaders in international tax management solutions due to their continued success they now require a Financial Controller. Responsibilities will include:

Ensure and enforce sound financial controls and practices in accordance with regulations and other internal procedures
To deal with all aspects of financial management
To manage the month end reporting process
Managing the end of year audit and the preparation of statutory accounts
Provide commercial financial support to the Management team to drive business performance
Analyse and review business strategy including development of financial models and future planning
Proactively developing financial systems and reports to deliver better quality management information

Qualifications/Skills Required

The ideal candidate must be a qualified accountant (ACA /ACCA) who can demonstrate tenacity, accuracy and first class communication skills. Must be fluent in the English and Greek language. Required to have previous experience as a Financial Controller or similar position. A background in the services sector and specifically knowledge of corporate services would be considered advantageous.
Critical for success in this role is the ability to cultivate good business relationships and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. You must be a team player, self starter and demonstrate an ability to prioritise workload. Your sound technical and analytical skills will also be complimented by a commercial outlook and a desire to add value to the organisation.
