Job Description

Our client one of the leading property developers in Larnaca, due to expansion is seeking a Financial Director. The successful applicant will be part of the Group’s management team and will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of management information and management functions

Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly operational and financial budgets
Analysis of variances between actual and budgeted results
Preparation, presentation and monitoring of the group’s cash flow position on a monthly basis
Responsibility of monitoring and assessing the Group’s financing cost and exposure (Risk Management)
Managing, monitoring and reporting on a monthly basis on the development costs and time frame progress of each undergoing project
Preparation and presentation of key accounting ratios on a monthly basis
Liasing with the Group’s Auditors on interim and final audit issues
Liasing with financial institutions regarding financial facilities
Having the general responsibility for the efficient and effective operation of the accounting department
All of the above reports will need to be formulated into a reporting package which will be presented to the management team on a monthly interval.

Qualifications/Skills Required

Requirements:

ACA, ACCA or equivalent
At least 2 years experience in an accounting role
Accuracy and integrity are of paramount importance
Trustworthy, reliable and discreet
Fluent Greek and English
