We are looking for a Store Manager to join our store in Cheltenham. We are specialists in providing a selection of shoes for men, women and children for every day wear.

Our main tasks and aims are :-

Sales - Use of brand/stock knowledge/ awareness

To promote the highest possible standards of service through:

• Regular structured and ‘on the job’ training with staff.
• First class visual merchandising.
• Floor management, with the emphasis on floor presence.
• A competent and first class store team, who will excel only through the highest levels of branch management.

Qualifications/Skills Required
