Primary responsibilities: Creating, developing, maintaining and tracking the development group's schedules. Change control, monitoring, recording and implementing procedures based upon changing requirements and development priorities. Risk Management. Reporting on all of the above. No direct previous experience required, as we are willing to train and develop a suitably organised individual that possesses the relevant skill set although previous related knowledge will be an asset. However the individual we seek will be able to show demonstrable success in life; whether academically, professionally or other. Experience/ skills considered relevant: Previous experience of running a schedule. The company uses MS Project, so experience of that would be considered an advantage. Having run a successful project (of reasonable length, scale and duration) in the past. Having show leadership in previous roles. Engineering discipline or previous Software Engineering roles would be of interest. Background in the Games industry as an Engineer or a Technically minded producer is relevant as is being a Project Manager in other creative areas. Qualifications: the company would expect the applicant to be able to show academic success at equivalent to good degree (1st or 2.1) in an engineering or related subject. Any certification in Management or Software Development would be interesting. The package on offer is excellent as this truly is a superb company to work for.
