Job Description
This role serves as technical advisor to the "Virual Sales Team" and two of our clients global accounts regarding the resolution of complex technical, scientific or engineering issues that affect the operations, installation and utilization of our clients products and/or services. You will pro-actively propose changes in products and/or services aiming at avoiding operational issues become roadblocks. You will be working with the customers regarding changes to the project scope, assesses possible constraints, and identifies additional areas of opportunity and as such help drive cost reductions for the customers and increased sales for our client. This role may also participate to the preparation of operating manuals, references, or training materials for customers and the "Virual Sales Team" . You will have " Excellent communication skills (preferably in several of the following languages: 1st priority: English, French 2nd priority: German, Italian, Russian 3rd: Scandinavian languages, Eastern European languages, proven implementation skills, a minimum of 7 years of GDS related technical sales support (minimum 4 years at 2nd and 3rd level), preferably with a global industry leader within the Travel and Tourism arena and Bachelors Degree in business, engineering, or equivalent technical IT discipline is preferred.If this is of interest, please apply or call 0207 397 1292
