Job Description

This prestigious CRO is seeking a Global Project Management Trainer to develop and globally implement and manage the Project Management Development Program. The successful applicant will be tasked to develop course curriculum and content for the Program appropriate for all project management personnel and to develop course curriculum and content appropriate for senior operations management personnel across all functional groups.

• To continually assess the business requirements for Project Management training
• To liaise with internal and external subject matter experts regarding participation in training events as well as training content/materials
• To mentor/coach project management personnel/teams
• To provide constructive training and work performance feedback
• To participate as a principal contributor to business workgroups/committees
• To develop and implement assessment tools/metrics designed to measure the quality and effectiveness of the Program

Qualifications/Skills Required

• Background in medicine, science or other relevant discipline
• At least five yrs clinical trial management experience including two yrs minimum managing global &/or multi-service trials
• Minimum of BA/BS or equivalent
