Support Services are a fundamental part of this organisations managed services.
From their global Network Support Centre (NSC), customers benefit from real time network monitoring, network health reporting and global support. A single point of contact to their customers for their entire communications network. These Support Services are underpinned by end to end Service Level Agreements (SLA's).Always looking to the future, developing their products in line with ever changing technologies and customer requirements their core competencies extend from traditional VPN technologies to integration of Wi-Fi, broadband, SSL based VPN's and IP Telephony technologies.
Their current requirement is for a polished, professional, degree calibre individual with some telesales experience to join the business and learn from the bottom upwards.Initially, 18 months will be spent as a Internal New Business Sales Executive contacting C and D-Level Enterprise customers and generating opportunities to understand and provide a solution to business needs. After 18 months, you will move on to a New Business role in the enterprise or small medium business team meeting clients and gaining a greater understanding of how business can become more productive with a high return on investment technology solution.Initially the role will pay base £20-24k (dependent on experience) with an OTE of £30-36k moving to a OTE of £50-70k within 18 months. The pace at which this occurs is dependent upon your energy, enthusiasm, desire and pace of learning
