Graduate Recruitment Consultant : Marketing

Within 12 months you could be a fully fledged Consultant earning over £40,000 and working for one of the most successful recruitment company?s in the UK.

You will be able to earn commission from day one and benefit from working in a supportive team environment where you will progress through a structured 6 month development course and have input from an experienced manager on a day to day basis.

This training combined with your enthusiasm, confidence and competitive edge will ensure your success within BMS. As a company over 95% of our Managers have been recruited from within and have started their careers as Graduate Consultants.

Within BMS the Marketing division is forecast to be the biggest growth sector and as a result will be able to offer unrivalled opportunities for progression. THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: £15 : 25,000 depending on experience
Commission/Bonus - £25 - £35,000
Benefits : Pension, 20 Days & Stats
