A fast moving consumer goods firm, based in Edinburgh city centre, now has an excellent opportunity for a senior reward specialist. You should have solid experience of designing and implementing pay and/or bonus and/or benefits packages and detailed understanding of at least two of the following: pay; bonus; pensions; employee benefits; and job evaluation.
