Our client, a successful financial services company with an impressive growth rate is looking for a Head of Sales & Operations to manage the operations & drive the sales.

As the Head of Sales & Operations you will be responsible for the effective and profitable management of different departments and overseeing approximately 100 staff members, including department heads, general managers & sales managers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong, purposeful persona, exceptional communication skills, and ability to work under pressure. With a strong background in man management and track record in achieving stretching targets within a large financial services organisation & you will have the experience, qualifications and innovation to develop the business and maximise performance. Additional qualification of CeMAP & good knowledge of mortgage industry would be advantageous.
