Job Description

We are looking for a highly qualified Operational Testing Manager to head a large department. You will lead, inspire and motivate a large testing team to deliver a centre of excellence that is perceived to be "exceptional" in ensuring delivery of quality solution implementations whilst delivery a programme of continuous improvement over the next two years. Following skills required. Prince 2 or similar qualifications, ISEB, Expert in the use of testing tools, experience in delivery of testing centre of excellence is essential. 10 years programme/project management within a software/infrastructure delivery environment, 10 years experience of handling senior stakeholders, Operational Leadership, Experience of running major projects, relevant experience in a technical environment, someone who has held a senior management/director level responsibility.
