Job Description
An international multi-disciplinary consultancy to the built, natural, social and economic environment is seeking a health and safety consultant to work in its Cardiff office.
The role will involve successful acting as a Planning Supervisor for a diverse sector of clients/ projects. The candidate will be involved with all aspects of health and safety. The role will also include training delivery as well as specialist advice to clients at all levels from Boardroom to shop floor and will include business development.
The successful applicant will require excellent report writing and presentation skills, ability to facilitate meetings and participate in Client presentations and an ability to use Microsoft word, excel, access and powerpoint.
A full clean driving license will be required as some travel throughout England and Wales will be required as will occasional work away from home. The candidate must be able to work as part of a team and alone.
Qualifications/Skills Required
- Health & Safety qualification; NEBOSH, IOSH or degree/ Btec
- 3 years relevant experience preferably in the construction industry
- Good report writing & presentation skills
- Ability to facilitate meetings & participate in Client presentations
