Job Description
An international multi-disciplinary consultancy to the built, natural, social and economic environment is seeking a Health and Safety Consultant to work in its Cardiff office.
The successful candidate will be required to act as a Planning Supervisor for a diverse sector of clients/ projects. The candidate will be involved with all aspects of health and safety. The role will also include training delivery as well as specialist advice to clients at all levels from Boardroom to shop floor and will include business development.
Applicants should have excellent report writing and presentational skills, the ability to facilitate meetings and participate in Client presentations and be able to use Microsoft word, excel, access and powerpoint.
The role requires considerable enthusiasm and professionalism, together with excellent communication skills. The candidate must be able to work as part of a team and alone.
Qualifications/Skills Required
- Recognised Health & Safety qualification
- NEBOSH, IOSH or degree/ Btec
- At least 3 years relevant experience preferably in the construction industry
- Full clean driving license
- Experience of Microsoft word, excel, access and powerpoint
