URGENT - I am desperate to find an IT Procurement Manager/Category Manager to be responsible for the predominatley the software category for this large blue chip organisation. I am looking for a strong background from a blue chip envrionment of ideally 5 years in IT procurement, excellent negotiation skills, strong contract negotiation/drafting skills.
