Computer peoples exclusive Law Firm client based in London City is looking for an extraordinary IT Support Analyst to provide 1st Line application support and within the parameters of service targets (SLAs) on a 24x7 basis and monitor all IT systems via the Global Enterprise Management System.
Skills sets: MOUS expert in Word and Excel. MS windows operating systems. An understanding of Laser forms,document comparison tools, document management systems, palm desktop,adobe acrobat and winzip.
Through knowledge of network IT Infrastructure and hardware. Windows 2000 server with terminal services.
Most of all previous Law Firm experience is a must.
