Services provided by the practice are diverse and include Building Surveying, Health & Safety and Party Wall Surveying in addition to the full scope of Architectural services.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist / Technician with experience job running multiple residential projects, to join a practice that has a healthy workload which includes new build and private housing.
The company has a varied portfolio and a healthy amount of work in their order books and are in the position to move staff to other teams should workload in one particular sector slow down.
Qualifications/Skills Required
You will be a qualified Architectural Technologist/Technician and have a proven track record working on residential projects. You will have job running experience and be confident in your abilities to assist in the management of a team.
You will be AutoCAD literate and have a thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations.
