Job Description
We are currently looking for 2 very outgoing Junior Account Managers/Candidate Consultants to manage existing client accounts that recruit in the entertainment technology sector. You must have the ability to liase effectively with clients, and be able to find out exactly what it is they are looking for, and make recommendations. It is your responsibility to build business and relationships with these clients so that the revenue stream develops. Additionally, you must be able to find suitable options for the client to interview and hire. As an individual you must be very creative, and highly organised. As well as talking to clients and candidates, you must be able to source individuals from both internet and via creative ad writing. The ideal individual would have either 6 months B2B sales experience, or come from an Junior Account Management role.
