Based in the Leicester City centre, Montana Marketing is an extremely successful marketing Firm who help represent a board range of Clients within Europe through our direct marketing activities. Our company is developing and implementing campaigns to increase market share, public awareness and customer acquisitions. Montana Marketing is responsible for participating in on- going marketing plans and developing newmarket opportunities. We are experiencing phenomenal growth as a direct result of our success, increasing client's brand name awareness by attracting new customers and exposing their products to new tiers of distribution.
We are thus looking for at least 7 ambitious people we can train intensively for a 12 to 24 month period within our business development programme. In order to apply you must be ambitious, enjoy a varied day and thrive on problem solving.
Your role will involve acquiring a new customer base for world market leaders. You will be advising customers on a portfolio of branded products and services. You will be required to gradually train a team of 15 people, with the full support of management. Once fully trained you will be promoted to a level of management and required to manage an office in a city of your choice which requires the company’s presence.
The roles are suitable for both graduates and non-graduates alike, as we believe that experience and qualifications do not guarantee success, but hard work, determination and training do.
