Key Account Manager


Position:

The Key Account Manager maintains the relationship to our key merchants and partners as well as account holders. The position requires the active communication with our customers and merchants, the optimisation of our partnerships, the development and implementation of new concepts, promotions, marketing plans and business models in cooperation with the partners as well as securing the communication of customer feedback into the customer support and product development cycle. The Key Account Manager will be measured by the revenue development of his accounts and will be directly responsible for all aspects of the contractual relationship with our merchants. The position is based in London.

Qualifications/Skills Required

Qualification:

• Sales respectively service oriented
• Working experience in Sales/ Key Account function
• Internet affinity and respective working experience
• High motivation and strong commitment
• Strong communication skills
• Very good command of the English language
