Niche Integrated agency that has a rapidly growing client base of house hold names have an opportunity for a Lead Technical Developer.

The successful individual will have a minimum 3 years experience of leading AND managing a team of technical developers. You will have worked in an agency or have a proven track record of managing multiple projects ensuring deadlines are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. As an integral part of the management team you will be involved in planning and contributing to the tender process. Experience of ASP.net, C# or VB.net are essential as this is one area of the business which is expanding rapidly.

This role will ultimately be a Technical Head position, whilst initially 30% of your time will be coding and development, long term they are looking for an individual to drive and grow the team and be a 100% Manager and Technical Advisor.
