Job Description
The role requires a candidate with at least 1 years leasehold experience. The role will require the ideal candidate to be fully versed in leasehold management policy and understand contract negotiations and service. Dealing with issues such as: Service Charge Account queries, Dealing with disputes over service provision and resolving them with service provider, Subletting enquiries, Alteration requests, Nuisance & Complaints & Leasehold repairs advice.
