Legal & Compliance Officer, International Investment Firm

Reporting to the Global Compliance Director in London and the Cyprus Senior Legal & Compliance Officer, the role will be responsible for overseeing Cypriot and EU regulatory matters for the CySec regulated entities in Cyprus and responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the global compliance programme in Cyprus.

Additionally the role will be responsible for updating the Group on the impact of incoming EU directives and local regulations and for providing continuous advice on legal and regulatory matters to the Group's business functions both in Cyprus and abroad.

Qualifications/Skills Required

We are seeking the following qualifications and experience: -

University Law Degree
Postgraduate experience. Experience in corporate law will be considered an advantage
English Language essential, Greek Desirable.
Computer literacy (MS Office)
