Job Description

An exciting opportunity to undertake a position on Pathway’s Graduate Trainees Recruitment Consultant Programme. You will join the business as a trainee recruitment consultant on a 6-month plan that will equip you with the necessary skills to become a fully-fledged recruitment consultant. During these 6 months you will be brought to understand what the role requires and the skills necessary to fulfil your potential through classroom based training, ono-to-one tuition and the Pathway mentoring scheme. During this time you will already be building your business, understanding your market and technology as well as developing your commission and hitting targets along the way.

We offer the most substantial remuneration package in recruitment. Our holidays and incentives have become legendary and the next levels of rewards to come are just as exciting. Current packages include company cars, holidays, weekends away, exclusive dining experiences at top restaurants, Rolex’s, personal concierge services and the prospect to earn a salary comparable to stockbrokers. We expect consultants to earn £30-40K OTE in their 1st year, £60-80K in the 2nd and beyond that a six-figure paycheque is in the post. We don’t put a limit on what you earn – that’s down to you.
