Our client, a high quality specialist consultancy firm, based in London, is expanding rapidly and looking to recruit a dynamic, go-getting Management Consultant to develop and deliver major projects for their FTSE 350 and Public sector clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include client management and delivery of projects and work streams, helping clients with their business and IS effectiveness programmes and focusing on the "people", "organisational design" and "cultural" dimensions of any major change programme undertaken.

You will need at least 3 years consultancy in one of the top tier consulting organisations, a solid track record in Programme and Project Management and the ability to adapt to moving targets. You will develop an understanding of the client's business and culture and build and nurture positive working relationships with clients. There is an opportunity for a more senior consultant role, which requires more experience (at least 5 years) and a solid understanding of systems and solution architecture.

Salary package £45k (£55-65k for senior role) + benefits inc. pension and health care.
