Job Description
Purpose of the role is to take responsibility for designing, implementing and delivering effective management development programmes and providing a comprehensive advisory and consultancy service on training and development issues.

- To design, organise and deliver training courses, workshops and other training and development events
- To contribute to the identification and analysis of training and development needs

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years experience of design, delivery and evaluation of management development training
- Excellent presentation skills
- Understanding of training/learning theory and practical application to a management audience
- FSA Advanced Level.
