Job Description
A major financial services player now has a superb opportunity for someone to ensure there is a Project Management and Governance framework in place, which enables HR to manage change programmes and processes effectively and to manage the HR Programme Office.
Significant Project and, ideally, Programme Management experience is required. The role holder must have experience dealing with a large number of diverse and senior stakeholders in a complex business environment. Experience in HR itself is desirable but not essential. However, broad business experience, perhaps in an internal/external consultancy role, will be essential.
