Job Description

Market Research Team Leader
Market Research Team Leader based in Central London. Basic salary to £35,000 according to experience, working hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a thorough understanding of Market Research and Data Protection principles to manage a Market Research function.
The successful candidate will not only lead and motivate a team, but must be able to demonstrate proficiency within the areas of quantitative and qualitative research, coupled with the ability to act as an Ambassador for the Market Research Liaison Department at external meetings.

Reporting to the Director of Market Research Operations, your responsibilities will include:

Leading and motivating the Market Research Liaison team, which will include: managing absence, performance evaluation, and recruitment.
Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Market Research Liaison Department.
Ensuring that all Market Research Liaison policies, procedures and processes are adhered to and reviewed when necessary.
Ensuring that data collection methods remain in line with Market Research Best Practices and are consistent with the Establishment Survey.
Responsible for ensuring that all staff maintain data integrity, consistency and accuracy within the internal database systems.
Producing ad hoc analysis and reports.
The ideal candidate will have:
2-3 years experience in managing people,
A thorough understanding of Market Research or capability to develop extensive knowledge of the area.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach to work and the ability to source solutions to problems.
The ability to work on own initiative.
Excellent quantitative skills.
Excellent project management skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience in data analysis and report writing.
Ability to analyse data in Excel and good MS Office Skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications/Skills Required
