Job Description
As Night Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the hotel runs smoothly on a nightly basis.
This is a varied role which includes taking responsibility for guest enquiries, general reception duties, answering the telephone and running the night audit.
Security of the building is a key aspect of this role and you’ll act as the Fire Officer on duty & must be able to act swiftly should the fire alarms be activated to ensure the safety of all guests and employees.
Qualifications/Skills Required
Ideally you’ll have relevant experience in a similar role. Experience of Fidelio is an advantage although full training can be given.
