Job Description

The role will report directly into the General Manager and will be responsible for the marketing activities for the company.

The main purpose of job is to promote the goods & services to the target customer base with the objective of building brand awareness, turnover & company profitability.

Other responsibilities include helping with the planning, advertising and implementation of exhibitions / road shows throughout the UK.

• Prepare & implement company promotion & advertising schedules / budgets.
• Preparation and distribution of market sector target mailings, mainly email & internet based
• Management & distribution of brochure material.
• Research both existing and new target markets.
• Manage company presence.
• The development & management of company web sites & e-commerce.
• The occasional attendance of corporate marketing meetings at the parent company office in Dubai.

REQUIREMENTS

The requirements are very flexible and could suit somebody seeking to develop their career in Marketing & PR.

It is desirable that applicants have a good understanding of marketing and research techniques.

It is also important that individuals are IT literate & able to use Microsoft Office and are able to write application stories that attract the target audience.

Applicants also need to be able to work to deadlines, communicate effectively (verbal & written) and prioritise and organise one’s self.

Individual must be self-motivated and self-starting, able to work alone or as a team member and demonstrate a positive & enthusiastic attitude.

The candidate must have experience in planning, advertising and organising exhibitions as this will be one of the company’s main routes to market.

The salary will be £18,000 to £22,000 subject to experience
