Job Description
Duties to include:
First point of contact for incoming calls/e-mails; Daily banking; Processing & despatching orders/maintaining stock levels; Website – updates and maintenance; General book-keeping; Invoicing; Database maintenance & preparation of mailing lists.
Qualifications/Skills Required
The role also requires you to be able to take dictation although this is done straight to the PC so no shorthand/audio typing skills are required.
Candidate must be capable of working on their own initiative.
