Recently relocating to new offices in Sheffield City Centre, this practice has an excellent staff retention record which is a sign of a positive environment and culture.
With 5 offices nationwide this practice was established over 40 years ago. Work is predominantly secured in the transportation interchange sector for developments at airports, rail and coach stations though other projects such as higher education, retail and commercial make up an ever-increasing proportion of their workload.
Working within this 'Premier' Architectural Practice you will be providing support to the Marketing function with particular emphasis on gathering and analysing information, whilst distributing it through public relations and website activities, as well as other means.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and producing bid documents alongside the Sales and Marketing Managers
- Running regular marketing reports from Rapport
- Track project progress for the purposes of collecting information at certain key stages e.g. arranging photographers, writing press releases, publishing information on the website or intranet
- Measure communication KPI's (advertising value equivalent)
- Creating and maintaining an events diary to allow you to organise and manage corporate hospitality events and exhibitions
- Coordinate, manage and vet photography work provided to the company for publication purposes
- Provide regular reports on your activity at the weekly marketing and sales team meetings
This position is a 1 year fixed contract and an excellent opportunity to work for one of Yorkshire's most respected Architectural Practices.
Qualifications/Skills Required
Organised and enthusiastic you will demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Best described as a 'perfectionist' you will have a proven track record of your attention to detail and a desire to get the job done to the best of your ability.
You will be people focused and work well in a team, yet be accustomed to working on your own initiative when required.
Experience using InDesign would be of particular interest.
