Job Description
Working with this internationally recognised Contract Research Organisation, the successful job holder will be office based and responsible for supporting business unit heads and their management teams in meeting quality assurance requirements.
You will act as a consultant to the organisation and will advise on issues to ensure regulatory compliance, and ensure continuous improvement of QA procedures. The position will require Interaction at a senior level within the company, hosting customer audits and manage regulatory inspections.
Other responsibilities include organising and delivering QA training, design and managing the internal audit programme and tracking the provision of quality services.
This role requires an individual who is able to influence and negotiate confidently, and to work with the organisation to encourage good practice.
The candidate will be innovative, with a good understanding, and ideally experience of process improvement practices.
Candidates will ideally be Quality Assurance professionals, with a broad range of experience in the clinical trials environment, in phase II-IV trials, with GCP experience.
It is hoped that candidates will have a quality assurance qualification coupled with a degree or an equivalent nursing qualification.
