Job Description

We are looking for two Project Managers with AGILE experience.

They must have:

Clear and unambiguous evidence of starting up and delivering projects with teams of around 12 - 15 resources with full lifecycles lasting around 6 months.
Managed projects with teams using XP and Scrum type techniques using J2EE.
Retail or direct face to face customer service industry experience, ideally with POS/value add store services.
Clear evidence of ability to build effective project teams.
Ideally with experience of running projects in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
Ideally International Systems projects experience.
Experienced in working in complex and dynamic environments.
Immediate availability.
Clear evidence of a strong delivery focus.
Experience of working in Open Source environments.
Strong problem solving skills.
We are not looking for Programme Managers, Technical Architects, Consultants, Process people.
