Our client, a well established Technical recruitment agency in the south is expanding their operation in Waterlooville, Portsmouth . As a result, they are looking for experienced Technical recruitment consultants to join the team. Recruiting for white collar, senior positions within the engineering, electronic and IT markets, including contract/permanent vacancies, the role will cover the whole recruitment process from interviewing candidates to business development, with an emphasis on building strong client relationships.

Knowing the importance of looking after their consultants, our client has enjoyed a very low staff attrition rate. Through setting realistic targets, year in, year out, they have ensured staff morale stays high resulting in hard work and loyalty. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months experience within contract/permanent technical recruitment. Ideally you will have a broad based understanding of technical disciplines and an ability to develop long term supplier relationships. You must have a mature, professional outlook with strong communication and rapport building skills. This is not an aggressive sales environment.

Basic salary up to £30,000 plus car allowance and excellent commission structure.
