Revive Recruitment are looking to expand its team further with the appointment of an experienced recruitment consultant for their Penryn office. Ideally you will be working for another recruitment agency at the moment or selling into the construction industry in any discipline. This position is very hard and very stressful, however the rewards are extremely high in terms of satisfaction, appreciation and salary/bonus. With a basic salary of upto 18K and our commission levels are uncapped, this gives you a realistic opportunity to earn upto 45K in your first year. You will need to be able to proactively cold call, spec and run a desk of 50+ workers a day. You will need to be quick thinking and have and honest and constructive approach at all times.
