Job Description
Our client, a large, commercial, recently restructured public sector organisation now has a superb opportunity for a Recruitment Manager. Based in Glasgow city centre, your role will exist to develop and drive the recruitment and selection processes to ensure success. Staff supervision forms part of this role. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience of running high volume recruitment campaigns, alongside experience in assessment centre design and delivery plus knowledge of the contact centre industry. In-house recruitment experience (minimum of 2 employers), people management experience and a qualification in psychometric testing would be a distinct advantage.
