One of the UK's leading Retailers with a high profile brand and an extensive national network of stores is recruiting for a Regional HR Manager. This is an exciting time to join this organisation as they embark on initiatives to drive more value from the company.
Responsible for managing all HR issues across a region stores within the North West including Training & Development, Recruitment and all aspects of Employee Relations.
Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards qualification you will be an HR Generalist with some experience gained in the Retail sector or a multi-site organisation whose culture is fast moving and challenging. The role will be to act as a true HR Generalist providing the business with quality advice and support in the management of its HR requirements and anticipate immediate and future recruiting needs. This will involve developing and implementing a range of HR policies and procedures such a recruitment and retention strategy and ensuring employee development plans are monitored for the purpose of succession planning.
The ideal candidate will possess approximately 4 years generalist HR experience coupled with CIPD qualification. Retail experience or similar experience of a fast moving environment. You will have very strong skills in training and development and Employee relations. You will be an academically bright, motivated and thrive in working in a challenging and changing environment. A resilient team player you will have the ability to influence key decision-makers within an organisation.
