We are recruiting for a Regional HR Officer for one of the UK's leading Retailers with a high profile brand and an extensive national network of stores.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to progress their career within HR and retail operations.
The role:
Covering the Scotland and North East region you will have responsibility for a number of stores and cover a broad range of generalist HR issues including:
? Management recruitment and retention
? Organise and conduct assessment centres
? Disciplinaries and grievances
? Advise and coach line managers
? Absence management
? Play an active part as part of the Regional HR Management team
Qualifications and attributes:
? At least 3 -4 years HR experience
Multi site / regional experience essential
? Retail operations experience essential
? Excellent knowledge of employment law/legislation
? Awareness of best practice
? Good written and verbal communication skills
? Excellent organization and planning skills
? Good problem solving skills
